Location info
Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
The hotel had a clean feel and seemed less inviting or comfortable. There was a very slight sewage smell in the bathroom and shower hot water inconsistency, common in an old building in Cusco. Service was amazing despite a hiccup where a booked guest canceled last minute. The location was in the San Isidro area, not far from the airport, and in walking distance from a nice mall. The dining experience, while good, was a little limited in options.
I found the hotel to offer comfortable and clean rooms, with friendly staff and a convenient location, although the dining options were somewhat limited. The overall value for the price paid was good.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were of average size, clean, and had a comfortable bed. However, the furnishings felt outdated and basic, lacking a cozy feel. The service was excellent, covering various needs from room service to car hire. The location was central and convenient for various activities, though the internet connection was not consistent. The dining options were limited, and the food was average. The facilities were basic but functional.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with comfortable beds and large marble bathrooms. The free bar between 18:00 and 21:00 is a generous touch, offering a variety of drinks. However, the slight sewage smell in the bathroom and hot water inconsistency are minor downsides.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and had all I needed as a business traveler with a comfortable bed, but they felt outdated and in need of an urgent upgrade. On a positive note, there was a complimentary bar between 18:00 and 21:00 offering a good selection of drinks.
The hotel's rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and large marble bathrooms just like in the photos, despite a slight sewage smell in the bathroom and inconsistencies in the shower hot water, which can be expected in an old building in Cusco. The service, while not going the extra mile, was friendly and efficient, with a few mistakes at checkout without being intrusive. The location was very good, being close to a shopping mall and offering easy access to transportation, making it convenient for events and exploring the upscale San Isidro district. The dining experience was very good with fresh options, although I only got to enjoy the traditional local cakes. Overall, a clean and comfy stay with friendly staff, only lacking a bit in extra service efforts.
